Gracie Morton Pwerle (b. 1956) is an Alyawarre artist from Utopia and a senior custodian of the Bush Plum and Bush Onion Dreamings. Her delicate dot painting style depicts country from above, showing seasonal cycles. The multicoloured dots symbolise bush plums, while fine white strokes represent bush onions. Her minimalist, lyrical works are held in major Australian and international collections.
